Front of House
Currently, we are hiring optimistic individuals to help with our front of house. Our customers order at the counter and then pick their seats. As a server, your job is to help out where ever you see a need for something from running food and drinks, refilling coffee, and helping to bus tables. We are all hands on deck and work together as a team seamlessly!
Back of House
Our back of house positions are vital to the success of our restaurant and we are accepting applications for prep and line cooks to help expand our team and become more efficient. Being a team player and a passion for food are a must!
Competitive Wages and Benefits
We want to be the best place to work and eat in Salida! In order to do so, we offer starting wages at a minimum of $15/hr and flexible scheduling for work-life balance!
Meet the Owners
Cari, Nick, and Denver!
In the early days of Robins, Cari was appointed as the General Manager and Nick was the Front of House Manager, helping to lay Robin’s roots within the community. Once Covid hit and they found out that the doors of Robin’s may be closing, Cari’s dream after 12 years in the industry to own her own restaurant was just about to begin!
After buying Robin’s in 2021, they have been working tirelessly to improve upon the foundation that they were given. With Nick’s 15 years of construction and his own company, White Pine Construction, a much-needed facelift has come to the restaurant along with many improvements to the all-service, inclusive space to welcome in new friends along with familiar faces.
The future of Robin’s with these two looks brighter than ever as Robin’s continues to become a staple in the community for everyone to come and bring their friends!
